What licence should I choose?

1. If you only have a few users and they use there dedicated computer you should go with the Single License
2. If you have many users and you want to deploy automatically without bothering your users, you should choose the Enterprise or Ultimate license.
   An Enterprise license is licensed to a company (legal entity) and can be activated for every employee, of your company or it’s subsidiaries. You are not allowed to resell licenses to users of other company’s.
3. If you want to bundle the add-in with your software (OEM) or you have over 10k users please contact us for a quotation.

Can I use a “Single License” for multiple pc’s?

A Single License is restricted to one user on one computer. The Enterprise and Ultimate Licenses are not bound by the number of computers, only on the number of unique users.

What is a “user”

A user is the unique user based on the user account. So if you login to your desktop and to your terminal server that are both joined to the Active Directory (or School or Work account) that counts as one user. If you bring your laptop that only has a local user account and you want to use the add-in there, that counts as a unique user.

What happens if I re-install my computer?

A license is activated based on your user account. So if you re-install your computer you can activate the same code for the same user account again. If you only have a local user account you can release your license by uninstalling the add-in before re-installing your computer.

Can I order with PO and Invoice?

If you enter your PO number and choose “Bank Transfer” on checkout you receive the invoice by mail automatically. When payment is received and processed your license and installer will be generated and available on the my account page.

Do I receive an invoice when I order?

Yes, a VAT invoice is generated automatically and send to you after payment
